LifeRP Central Website Agreement

Terms Of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026LifeRP Central server companion website

These Terms explain how the website may be used for LifeRP server-related activity, what rules apply to website accounts and economy records, and how staff may review, restrict, or enforce website actions.

1

Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to the LifeRP Central website and all website features connected to LifeRP server activity, including player accounts, website money records, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, businesses, marketplace listings, orders, fundraisers, chat, tickets, notifications, API integrations, staff tools, logs, exports, account restrictions, and moderation tools.

By accessing the website, signing in with Steam, creating content, using website money features, operating a business, opening a ticket, using chat, using an API key, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any LifeRP server or community rules that apply to website activity. If you do not agree, your only permitted action is to stop using the website.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted broadly enough to cover current and future website features that are reasonably connected to LifeRP Central, website accounts, roleplay economy records, support, moderation, security, fraud review, staff tools, and business integrations, even if a feature is renamed, moved, redesigned, or added later.

2

Purpose Of The Website

The website exists so players, businesses, and staff can handle LifeRP server-related activity through a web interface. It is meant to make server banking, trades, business payments, marketplace posts, orders, fundraisers, tickets, chat, and external site integrations easier to manage.

The website is not the game server itself and does not replace in-game rules, server staff decisions, or server moderation. Website access and website records may be affected by LifeRP server activity, bans, evidence, account status, business status, and staff review.

3

Definitions

LifeRP, the website, this site, and the service mean this web platform built for LifeRP server-related account and economy features.

User, player, you, and your mean any person who accesses the website or signs in with Steam. Staff means authorized users with support, moderation, accounting, management, admin, owner, or other website permissions. Business means a website business profile, business wallet, business staff group, API key, or external integration connected to LifeRP server activity.

Money, balance, wallet, payment, transfer, deposit, withdrawal, donation, fundraiser, order, listing, marketplace value, business wallet value, tax, fee, refund, and payout refer only to LifeRP roleplay/server records. They are not real-world money, real property, stored value, credits redeemable for cash, or a legally protected financial balance.

4

Independent And Unofficial Notices

The website is a companion tool for LifeRP server-related activity. Unless a server owner or operator clearly states otherwise, the website does not claim to be a legal representative of any separate server owner, company, organization, or similarly named group.

LifeRP is not affiliated with Unturned or Smartly Dressed Games. All game names, marks, logos, and related names belong to their respective owners. All rights reserved.

5

Roleplay Records Only

Website money, balances, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, business wallets, fundraisers, orders, marketplace listings, and payment events are roleplay/server records only. They have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for real money, and are not financial accounts.

The website is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, money transmitter, fundraising platform, financial institution, legal service, tax service, or accounting service. No website balance should be treated as real currency, real property, compensation, wages, debt, deposit, investment, custody, or anything that creates real-world payment rights.

Because all economy records are roleplay/server records, staff may correct, reverse, remove, wipe, freeze, deny, or adjust those records as part of website operation, server moderation, security review, scam review, bug correction, business review, economy balancing, or enforcement, even when a user disagrees with the action or believes the action was mistaken, unfair, delayed, arbitrary, or made without a detailed public explanation.

6

Steam Login And Account Identity

The website uses Steam login to connect a website account to a player identity. Steam login may provide or confirm your Steam ID and basic public Steam profile details such as username, display name, or avatar.

The website does not receive your Steam password, Steam email address, Steam private account information, or Steam payment details. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account and browser sessions secure.

7

Account Access

Access to the website is a limited, revocable permission for LifeRP server-related use, not a guaranteed right. Staff may restrict, lock, freeze, suspend, ban, delete, wipe, or remove access from website accounts when needed for server rules, economy safety, suspicious activity, scam review, abuse prevention, security, staff operations, legal compliance, or protection of the website.

Staff may take action before, during, or after an investigation. A staff action does not need to be delayed until a user is online, until a user responds, or until all evidence is publicly shared. Private logs, staff notes, security signals, API records, and reports from other users may be considered.

You may not impersonate another player, staff member, business, server representative, or external service. You may not attempt to bypass restrictions, access another user's account, avoid bans, hide suspicious activity, create alternate accounts to evade enforcement, or use external websites to avoid LifeRP Central rules.

8

Acceptable Website Use

You may use the website only for honest LifeRP server-related activity. You may not exploit bugs, attack the website, bypass permissions, scrape private data, spam features, submit false evidence, manipulate logs, launder money, scam users, impersonate staff, or misuse business API keys.

You may not create misleading listings, fake fundraisers, fake businesses, false payment requests, fraudulent bank requests, or content designed to make users send money to the wrong person or business.

9

Bank Requests And Website Money

Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, frozen holds, business payments, support donations, fundraiser donations, and balance adjustments are website records connected to LifeRP server activity. Staff may approve, deny, refund, freeze, release, reverse, adjust, hide, archive, export, or wipe these records when needed.

Deposit and withdrawal requests may require proof clips. Proof must clearly show the relevant server payment or action. Missing, edited, reused, misleading, unclear, or inconsistent proof may result in denial, holds, restrictions, bans, or account review.

Deposit requests must use the exact generated command, including the correct payment target, amount, and unique code, such as /pay 76561199193430225 {amount} {code} when that is the displayed command. If a user sends money with the wrong code, missing code, wrong amount, wrong target, or a code that does not match the website request, LifeRP is not required to credit the deposit and may deny the request.

Repeated attempts to fool staff or the website with fake deposit requests, fake proof, reused proof, edited proof, mismatched codes, or misleading payment evidence may result in account restrictions, a website ban, and a scheduled wipe.

If staff removes, reverses, denies, wipes, or adjusts website money, the action is treated as a website economy decision, not a player-to-player scam. Users may ask for review through the ticket system, but may not treat an authorized staff economy action as theft, a scam by staff, a BOLO-worthy player scam, or a real-world financial loss.

10

Administrative Economy Actions And Waiver

Staff and operators may remove, reduce, transfer, freeze, wipe, or adjust website money and related records for moderation, economy integrity, suspected abuse, bug correction, suspicious activity, staff review, scam prevention, server rule enforcement, account deletion, business enforcement, or operational reasons. This includes situations where staff decides not to publish the full reason because it would expose private reports, security methods, staff notes, logs, or abuse-detection practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive and release LifeRP Central, its operators, staff, contributors, hosting providers, and service providers from claims based on the removal, reversal, freezing, adjustment, denial, or wipe of roleplay/server money records, including claims that the action was unfair, mistaken, unsupported, unexplained, delayed, or harmful to your in-game plans, website business, fundraiser, market listing, reputation, or roleplay activity.

Your sole website remedy for an economy action you disagree with is to open a ticket and request review. Staff may accept, deny, ignore, close, or limit review requests. Review does not guarantee restoration, refund, reversal, explanation, compensation, or reinstatement.

You agree not to file or encourage LifeRP scam reports, BOLOs, player warnings, chargeback-style accusations, harassment campaigns, or external claims against staff or operators merely because staff removed, froze, wiped, reversed, denied, or adjusted website money or access. This does not limit any non-waivable legal right that cannot be waived by contract, but it does define website economy actions as roleplay/server administration rather than player scams.

11

Fraud Detection And Holds

The website may automatically or manually freeze money when activity appears risky. This includes attempts to move all or nearly all money, split payments to hide activity, withdraw unusually large amounts, move funds to another account, use suspicious business payments, evade restrictions, or participate in scam-related behavior.

Frozen funds may be reviewed, extended, released, refunded, denied, adjusted, or wiped based on logs, evidence, staff review, server rules, and economy safety.

12

Businesses And API Integrations

Business features allow LifeRP server-related groups, shops, services, crews, or external websites to manage a business wallet and accept or track server money through website routes and API keys.

Business owners are responsible for business staff, business permissions, API keys, external websites, hosted payment links, event polling, token storage, paychecks, business messages, and all actions performed through their business or tokens.

Business API keys must stay server-side. They must not be put in browser JavaScript, screenshots, public repositories, public chat, client-side apps, or any place where players can see them. Staff may revoke, rotate, disable, or audit business keys when needed.

13

Marketplace, Orders, Fundraisers, Chat, And Tickets

Marketplace listings, orders, fundraisers, fundraiser announcements, chat messages, business messages, and tickets must be honest and related to permitted LifeRP server activity. Content may not be abusive, misleading, spammy, exploitative, impersonating staff, or designed to scam users.

Staff may remove content, archive listings, close orders, close fundraisers, restrict chat, close tickets, preserve evidence, and review records when content creates safety, moderation, scam, fraud, or economy concerns.

14

Scam Reports And Evidence

Scam reports are reviewed only when the alleged scam used the LifeRP website payment system. Reports should include the main person's Steam ID, helper Steam IDs when relevant, payment or transaction details, what both sides accepted, and a proof section with screenshots, clip URLs, agreement proof, chat logs, or other evidence. The more proof the better.

Reports submitted more than 24 hours after payment may still be reviewed, but help or refunds are not guaranteed because funds may already be released, moved, spent, mixed with other activity, moved through businesses, transferred to other users, or affected by later staff action. Staff may freeze funds, extend holds, deny help, request more proof, or take account action based on evidence quality and logs.

A scam report is not valid merely because a user regrets a deal, dislikes a staff decision, disagrees with a business rule, failed to read a payment page, used the wrong command or code, used an external website incorrectly, or expected protection outside the LifeRP Central payment system.

15

Penalties And Enforcement

Confirmed scamming, laundering, exploit abuse, false proof, fake reports, API misuse, ban evasion, or serious rule violations may result in warnings, frozen funds, denied requests, feature restrictions, scam penalties, temporary bans, permanent bans, account deletion, account wipe, business restriction, or token revocation.

Accounts with five active scam penalties are subject to a ban and scheduled wipe. False scam reports may result in a one-day website ban and additional action if the report was intentional, abusive, repeated, or used to harass another player.

16

Logs And Review

The website may store logs for sign-ins, bank requests, transfers, business payments, API token usage, marketplace activity, order activity, fundraisers, tickets, chat notifications, account restrictions, staff actions, settings changes, security events, and related activity.

Logs may include Steam IDs, usernames, timestamps, browser or device information, request details, and IP-related metadata. IP visibility is restricted to staff with the required permission.

17

Account Deletion And Retained Records

If an account is banned, wiped, deleted, or scheduled for deletion, the website may keep logs, transaction records, proof records, ticket records, business records, staff actions, and security records when needed for moderation, scam review, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit history, or economy safety.

Hidden or deleted user-facing requests may remain stored in the database but not visible to normal users.

18

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy explains what information the website collects, why it is used, when it may be shared, how records may be retained, and how users can ask privacy questions.

By using the website, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Read the Privacy Policy
19

Third-Party Services

The website may rely on services such as Steam, Supabase, Vercel, hosting providers, database providers, browser providers, and external websites that integrate with LifeRP. Those services may have their own terms, outages, privacy practices, and security rules.

The website is not responsible for Steam outages, Steam account issues, browser extensions, hosting outages, external website bugs, or third-party integrations that misuse LifeRP APIs.

20

Disclaimers And Availability

The website is provided as-is and as-available for LifeRP server-related roleplay use. Features may be changed, disabled, limited, delayed, renamed, or removed at any time.

The website does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, instant support, successful refunds, recovery of lost access, compatibility with every external website, restoration of removed roleplay money, or any specific outcome from staff review.

No staff comment, UI label, balance display, API response, log entry, support reply, business page, fundraiser page, or marketplace listing should be interpreted as a promise that a roleplay record can never be changed, removed, frozen, reversed, or corrected.

21

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeRP website operators, staff, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost data, lost roleplay money, lost website access, lost business opportunity, moderation actions, API downtime, or external integration failures.

Because the website manages roleplay/server records only, users understand that balances, requests, logs, and other records may be corrected, frozen, restricted, removed, or wiped as part of normal operation and moderation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users agree not to seek real-world money damages, legal fees, chargeback-style recovery, reputation damages, business damages, or other compensation based on loss, removal, freezing, wipe, denial, or adjustment of roleplay/server records. If any liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

22

Dispute Handling

Most website issues should be handled through the LifeRP ticket system. Users must provide accurate information, relevant IDs, proof links, and a clear explanation. Staff may close duplicate, abusive, incomplete, misleading, bad-faith, or off-topic tickets.

Before attempting any external dispute, public accusation, BOLO, scam report, or complaint about a website economy decision, users should first use the ticket system unless doing so is impossible or a non-waivable legal right applies. Public harassment, false accusations, threats, or attempts to pressure staff outside the ticket process may result in restrictions.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A narrow interpretation of one clause does not limit staff authority under other clauses that separately permit moderation, economy correction, fraud review, account restriction, data retention, or safety action.

23

Changes To These Terms

These Terms may be updated when website features, server rules, economy rules, API behavior, security needs, moderation procedures, or legal notices change. The last updated date shows when the Terms were most recently revised.

Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

24
